Courses researched, developed and presented


Over the past 27 years I have developed, presented and evaluated a large number of courses, the latest of which have included the following:

·         Human Performance module for Master of Professional Studies (Faculty of Education, Health and Professional Studies, University of New England) degree.

·         Action-Centred Leadership – A Competency-Based Leadership program for managers and teams at all levels.

·         Project Management – Three separate face-to-face and distance education courses at Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma levels for post- and under-graduate students

·         Management – Several small Business and general (private and public sector) programs.

·         Operational and Strategic Management programs, including Critical Path Analysis. Operational and Strategic Planning, Leadership in the Workplace, Competency-based HR systems.

·         Competency-Based Assessor and RPL Advisor – Aligned against international best-practice standards for assessment.

·         Train the trainer – Several programs from basic training skills to training management and Capability-Based Training.

·         Instructional Systems – The Measurement of Human Performance, part of a post graduate level university course.

·         Developing and Implementing Competency-Based Training and Assessment Systems – Advice and guidance to management and internal consultants.

·         Workplace Trainer and Assessor. Internal and External Verifier.

·         Sales and sales management related training programs including sales and agency management.

·         Management and career development programs across all levels.

·         FrontLine Management – Application of the FLM program in an internationally based not-for-profit organisation.
