Without skilled and competent staff no amount of finance or technology will ever achieve goals and objectives important to
an organisation as it strives for success in today’s fast-paced, complex and ever changing business environment.
Or, to
put it another way, it doesn’t matter how good an organisation’s business or project plans are, without competent
